Companies wishing to give a technical presentation must select their preferred day and time from the published Program Schedule, and reserve a slot by emailing the name of the presenter and the presentation topics in both Turkish and English to info@cngexpo.com.
The exhibition setup and dismantling dates will be announced to all participants closer to the event date.
The entry and exit hours for exhibition participants will be announced closer to the event date.
Our Marketing Team will contact you regarding the exhibitor badges closer to the event date.
Additional items for the shell scheme stand can be requested through the Online Order System, which will be available closer to the event date.
Our Operations Team will contact you regarding the requests for electricity, compressed air, and water needed at the exhibition area.
You can contact the stand design companies listed in the solution partners file available on the exhibition website.
Services such as forklifts and cranes used for unloading and organizing materials at the exhibition area are subject to a fee. To learn about the hourly rates, you need to contact Mr. Aytekin from Gruptrans.

During the exhibition, cleaning of general areas and hall corridors will be carried out by CNG Expo Events. Exhibitor companies can place an order for in-stand cleaning through the Online System.
Dismantling of stands and/or moving items before the official closing time of the exhibition is not permitted.
