Data and purposes
Your name and visitor/delegate number are used to match your registration; your registered email is used for verification and meeting communications. Your visitor profile (company, position, country, telephone and interests), selected exhibitor, time, location, notes, request status and history are processed to arrange meetings, allow the exhibitor to evaluate requests and prevent scheduling conflicts. The notice version, language and acknowledgement time are recorded.
Collection and legal grounds
Data is collected electronically through this form, the visitor registration system and the central exhibitor portal. Under Turkish Law No.6698, Article 5(2)(c) applies to arranging and providing the requested meeting service; Article 5(2)(f) applies to security, scheduling and audit where fundamental rights are protected; Article 5(2)(ç) applies to legal duties. Acknowledgement of this notice is not marketing permission or explicit consent.
Recipients
The relevant visitor profile and meeting details are shared with authorised users of your selected exhibitor and authorised organiser staff for arranging the meeting. Technical providers receive data as required for their services; competent authorities receive data where legally required. Any international transfer must satisfy Article 9 of Law No.6698.
Retention and rights
Data is retained for the service and applicable statutory periods, then erased, destroyed or anonymised when processing grounds cease. Under Article 11, you may learn whether data is processed, request information, learn recipients, request correction or deletion and notification to recipients, object to adverse automated analysis and seek compensation for unlawful processing.
